Description
Concept’s AFM APOLLO 32 ultrapure cleanroom fogger uses liquid nitrogen and deionised water (or WFI water) to generate approx. 5m3 of fog per minute with a fog density of 533ml per minute during a 75 minute operating cycle. The fog output is adjustable between 2-5m3 per minute.
The AFM APOLLO 32 creates fog by mixing hot water with liquid nitrogen using a unique mixing process.
The AFM APOLLO Series allows operators of cleanrooms to validate the effectiveness of their cleanrooms in accordance with ISO 14644-3.
Typical Application:
- Large – very large air flow visualisation studies in cleanrooms
- Visualisation of unwanted gas emission locations and dead zones
- Supports NSF 49 National Safety Foundation and the future USP 800 hazardous drug compounding for airflow visualisation
- Supports analysis for pharmaceutical USP 797 guidelines and airflow visualisation
- Tracking Routes of Air Infiltration into cleanrooms
- Exhaust and ventilation studies around wafer handling systems
- Air balance studies in pharmaceutical suites and cleanrooms
- Containment transport studies on process tools & complete process sections and lines
- Optimisation of equipment location in order to minimise containment transport to critical areas
- Detection of unsuspected particulate and gaseous Containment Sources
- Air Flow Visualisation and Tracking in cleanrooms
