Description
In scenarios where it’s deemed an active fog ingredient (e.g. glycol) isn’t suitable for a cleanroom environment Concept offer an industry leading range of LN2 Foggers. These systems use a combination of DI / WFI water and Liquid Nitrogren to produce fog.
Concept’s LN2 water fog generator (AFM Apollo series) provides a huge volume of high-purity fog with a dry character and pure white density. Cleanrooms are dynamic areas; people, machinery, and goods are constantly in motion. The AFM Apollo Series allows operators of cleanrooms to validate the effectiveness of their cleanrooms in accordance with ISO 14644-3.
The AFM Apollo range use of uniquely designed stainless steel piezoelectric modules and LN2 to generate large amounts of dense fog up to (866 ml/min) however the effect is controllable from 0-100% output. This enables smoke studies and airflow mapping studies for applications ranging from small to large-scale cleanrooms, sterile rooms, medical surgery rooms, ISO suites, and more.
