Concept’s M1 Turbo (24v) produces a large volume of dense smoke with class lead persistency. Once pre-heated the smoke is available on demand – triggered by a 12v DC or 24v DC signal.  The unit also has the capability to provide a volt free ready signal and pressure warning/ low fluid signal.

All components have undergone extensive vibration, shock and environmental tests simulating an expected 10 year “on the road” service life before major refit.

The system is configured to run from a 24v DC power supply.  The initial warm up time from ambient is <8 minutes.  Two 550w insertion heaters and PID controller keep the precision machined, high mass heat exchanger block at working temperature – ready for activation.
